Vinyasa Yoga

This class involves dynamic movements interspersed with longer held postures. It’s a vinyasa style flow to warm body tissues, build new muscle memory, and have fun! The last portion of class involves slower stretch postures to release the day’s tension. It’s a 75 minute class, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am. We meet at a home studio in Freeland, so please email or text me if you’d like the address! Please bring a mat, water, a 10-15$ suggested donation, and your beautiful self
