Yoga Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Yoga

This class involves dynamic movements interspersed with longer held postures. It’s a vinyasa style flow to warm body tissues, build new muscle memory, and have fun! The last portion of class involves slower stretch postures to release the day’s tension. It’s a 75 minute class, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am. We meet at a home studio in Freeland, so please email or test me if you’d like the address! Please bring a mat, water, a 10-15$ suggested donation, and your beautiful self!

Restorative Yoga with Self Massage

A slow and soothing class with focus on steadying the breath and stretching,rolling, rejuvenating the myofascial ‘bodysuit’. This is a restful evening practice that is well suited for athletes and newer yogis alike. Not in session.
